Rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of largest industrial building in downtown Loveland, built in 1891 as a mill and granary.

Project Scope

  • Structural stabilization of masonry and timber-framed grain elevator
  • Exterior restoration including masonry repairs, repointing and painting
  • Installation of new metal roof
  • Reconstruction and restoration of dormer window openings
  • Reconstruction of box gutter
