Project Scope

Restoration work including:

• Site work – grading and drainage improvements surrounding all structures
• Structural stabilization – repairs to and installation of foundations, exterior walls, roofs, interior finishes, doors and windows
• Disassembly and re-assembly of log structures with selective replacement of hand-hewn logs and roof structures
